But the fact is that they can help improve a man’s sexual function by helping to increase testosterone and improving the penis,” explains Dr Peter Thompson of the Sexual Medicine and Hygiene Clinic at the University of British Columbia. “There are different ways men can try to get an erection and some men prefer to take it with water. Some men prefer to use an oral pill rather than an oral drug.”
